King Beds - Heated Indoor/Outdoor Pool - Hot Tub - Gulf Views! Centrally located between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, only .5 miles from Gulf State Park walking/biking trails.

Family Tides is located at Harbour Place #309 and is updated with brand new furniture and fresh paint! It is a third floor, corner unit, on the desired east side of Harbour Place, with spectacular sunrise views. The condo is light, bright, and airy - watch dolphins jump in the Gulf and enjoy breathtaking gulf views from the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, or private balcony! Enjoy morning sun and afternoon shade from your balcony overlooking beautiful white sand beaches. Located on the sugar sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Harbour Place is a low-density complex of 65 units and features secure indoor hallways and both covered and uncovered parking. Conveniently located near the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores city line for quick access to all that the area has to offer. Only .5 miles to the serene walking/biking trails of Gulf State Park.

Family Tides has a total of three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds with attached bathrooms (one bathroom also has a door into common area). The smaller third bedroom is set up with twin bunks, perfect for kids, and a small dresser. Each king bedroom is equipped with a closet and large dresser, as well as two night stands and Roku TV's so you can sign into your own streaming services, or watch the provided cable television. The bunk room has one small dresser and no closet. The bunk room also does not have a TV. The living room has two couches, one of which converts to a queen sofa bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, and a brand new 55" TV with options for cable television, your own streaming subscriptions, or Blu-Ray/DVD's. The condo is climate controlled with a smart thermostat.

The kitchen is updated with Granite Counters and Stainless Appliances. It is fully stocked with crock pot, air fryer/toaster oven combo unit, blender, waffle maker, etc. The condo also provides a new washer/dryer unit, and 6 person dining table, free WiFi, and cable TV. There are beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs located in the storage unit on the balcony. We use a keypad smart lock so no need to keep track of a key! A unique lock code is generated just for you with prior guest codes deactivating before your stay.

The condominium offers a shared temperature controlled swim-through indoor/outdoor pool and has an indoor hot tub. There are covered tables and chairs as well as a community BBQ area on the ground the floor outside of the pool room. Take a walk down the short boardwalk to the (typically) less crowded beach and rinse your toes off using the outdoor shower. 

CLEANING FEE: Your cleaning fee includes not only the actual cleaning/disinfecting of the condo, but also:
- All bed linens
- Towels/washcloths/hand towels
- Starter packs of bathroom soaps, kitchen soaps, and of course coffee
- Your first parking pass (which I must pre-purchase from the HOA)
- Accidental Damage Insurance

You are covered for up to $500 in accidental damage should something break during your stay (linens not covered). Just tell me about it before you leave and you won't be charged a dime! The only time I would retain any part of your security hold is for: 1) damage caused by breaking house rules like smoking or bringing an animal, 2) if the damage exceeds the $500 covered amount, or 3) excessive cleaning costs as determined by our cleaners.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
