Watch dolphins jump in the Gulf and enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and private balcony. Enjoy morning sun and afternoon shade from your balcony overlooking beautiful white sand beaches. Located on the sugar sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Harbour Place is a low-density complex of 65 units and features secure indoor hallways with both covered and uncovered parking. You are covered for up to $500 in accidental damage should something break during your stay (linens not covered). Just tell me about it before you leave and you won't be charged a dime! The only time I would retain any part of your security hold is for: 1) damage caused by breaking house rules like smoking or bringing an animal, 2) if the damage exceeds the $500 covered amount, or 3) excessive cleaning costs as determined by our cleaners.
